The Dirt: Auction house going up in Spokane Valley

A $1.3 million construction project is underway for an auction house and office building at 3520 N. Tschirley Road in Spokane Valley.

Spokane Property Partners LLC, an Oklahoma-based company, is the contractor building the 9,000-square-foot structure east of the Spokane Business and Industrial Park. Mercier Architecture and Planning, of Spokane, did the design.

Insurance Auto Auctions, a national salvage auto auction company, is listed for the project name.

North Spokane car wash

planned on Maple Street

SARFF Investments LLC, of Spokane Valley, is building a $1.2 million tunnel car wash facility in north Spokane.

The project plans call for about a 5,000-square-foot Mega Wash North at 1111 N. Maple St.

Bellevue firm buys 4.5-acre lot in Valley

A 4.5-acre property at 519 N. Park Road in Spokane Valley sold for $1 million.

Cittagazze LLC, of Bellevue, was the purchaser, buying the site from D & T Enterprises LLC, of Spokane.

Carl Guenzel, of Kiemle & Hagood, represented the seller.

New Aspen Dental opens in Heritage North Plaza

An outlet of Aspen Dental recently opened in the Heritage North Plaza, 9405 N. Newport Highway. The new practice is led by Dr. Jason Han.

The office, which provides a range of services from dentures to general dentistry and restoration, is one of seven Aspen Dental practices in Washington.

Panera Bread slotted

for site on North Division

Panera LLC, governed by Panera Bread Co., has leased a pad site at 6600 N. Division St., near Lowe’s. City of Spokane building records list a Panera Bread shell construction for the site.

Chewelah ministorage sells for $850,000

A Chewelah ministorage property sold for $850,000 under an IRS-authorized transaction called a 1031 exchange.

The 21,400-square-foot facility is at 2201 Sand Canyon Road.

Jeff Ottmar, of SVN Cornerstone, and Matthew Gardner, of Marcus & Millichap, were the brokers for the deal.
