All game times have been finalized for this year’s Gonzaga women’s basketball schedule, the school announced Friday.

The Bulldogs will play 16 home games, beginning with an exhibition Friday night against Corban, an NAIA school in Salem, Oregon.

As they did last year, the Bulldogs will play all home games at 6 p.m. on weeknights and at 2 p.m. on weekends, except for the Dec. 22 game against Colgate, which is slated for 2 p.m..

The regular season begins with back-to-back home games against Nicholls State and UC Irvine

“I like this schedule for this team,” said third-year coach Lisa Fortier, whose team hits the road Nov. 18 at national power Stanford.

Six days later comes the highlight of the early season: three games in the U.S. Virgin Islands against Michigan State, Florida State and Winthrop.

Gonzaga (19-14 overall and 10-8 in the West Coast Conference last year), opens WCC action Dec. 29 at Pepperdine. The first conference home game is Dec. 31 against Pacific.
