Spokane Braves beat Grand Forks 8-6

Trail Thompson scored two goals and the Spokane Braves outscored the Grand Forks Border Bruins in a KIHJL game at Eagles Ice-A-Rena on Sunday.

Mason Jones had a goal and four assists and Paxton Malone a goal and three assists.

Andrew Clark, Blake Halfpenny, Niko Corsaro and Carter Jones also scored goals for Spokane (1-1-0) in the win over Grand Forks (0-1-1).
