Women Helping Women Fund seeking grant applications

The Women Helping Women Fund is seeking grant applicants for nonprofit programs that benefit women and children in the Spokane area.

Applications will be available at www.whwfspokane.org after an brown-bag session at noon Friday at 2020 E. 29th Ave.

Since 1992, the Women Helping Women Fund has contributed more than $6.2 million to 420 programs in the Spokane community.

Completed applications must be submitted by noon Oct. 19. Only agencies with a 501(c)(3) nonprofit designation are eligible.
