Spokane resident killed in Chewelah motorcycle crash
A Spokane resident was killed late Tuesday in a motorcycle crash in Chewelah.
Kaleb L. Michel, 24, was riding a 2009 Yamaha motorcycle when he rear-ended a Subaru Legacy on U.S. Highway 395 at about 9:30 p.m.
The Subaru was southbound near Sand Canyon Road, near the city limits, when the crash occurred.
The driver of the Subaru, Deer Park resident Theresa L. Gilson, 63, was uninjured.
WSP determined that Michel was speeding.
