Fox Theater has a busy few months ahead of it with the announcement of four shows, including its Summer Concert Series.

On May 12, the Spokane Symphony, accompanied by a full rock band, Zebra frontman Randy Jackson and guest conductor Brent Havens, will perform “The Music of Led Zeppelin,” interpreting the band’s greatest hits in a way only they can. Tickets are $25-$80.

The Fox Summer Concert Series kicks off July 14 with Lyle Lovett and His Large Band. Country through and through, Lovett also incorporates a variety of influences, everything from folk and swing to jazz and blues, into his music. Tickets are $40-$85.

Trumpeter Herb Alpert, former leader of the Tijuana Brass, will perform with vocalist/wife Lani Hall, the former lead singer of Sergio Mendes’s Brasil ‘66, July 27. James Bond fans might recognize Hall as the voice behind the title song to “Never Say Never Again.” Tickets are $38-$48.

On Aug. 4, renowned rock singer-songwriter Melissa Etheridge will bring “M.E. Live” to the Fox. In recent years, Etheridge has performed in Spokane with Blondie, Joan Jett and Pat Benatar. Tickets are $48-$85. VIP packages are also available.

All four shows begin at 8 p.m. Tickets for “The Music of Led Zeppelin” are on sale now at spokanesymphony.org.
