Deputies arrest two for providing fatal doses of heroin, meth

PORT ORCHARD, Wash. – Two people who deputies believe provided fatal doses of heroin and methamphetamine to a Washington woman have been arrested.

KING-TV reported Monday that Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a 19-year-old woman and 33-year-old man in connection to the death of 43-year-old Heather Marion-Santos.

Detectives said forensic evidence and witness interviews connected the pair to Marion-Santos’ drug-overdose death on April 30.

The female suspect was arrested by Bremerton Police after an incident at a local store.

The male suspect is in custody and will be transferred to Kitsap County.
