Spokane Valley offers snow removal updates on its Twitter account

Spokane Valley has opened a Twitter account in an effort to get snow removal updates out to residents quicker. The city’s Twitter handle is @CityofSV

To find out when a Spokane Valley neighborhood will be plowed, visit the online map at www.spokanevalley.org/snowinfo and look up the address.

Valley residents without computer access may call (509) 921-1000. That’s also the number where residents can report snow, ice and standing water on city streets.

The city is asking residents to move vehicles off streets and roads until plowing is completed, and to clear sidewalks adjacent to property and in front of businesses.
