Utah man identified as driver who died in Spokane Valley crash
A 64-year-old Utah man died in a crash Friday night on Interstate 90 in Spokane Valley, the Washington State Patrol reported.
Scott J. Greenstreet of Sandy, Utah, was traveling west just after 5:30 p.m. Friday when his 2016 Dodge pickup left the road to the right and struck a bridge abutment, according to a news release. Greenstreet was declared dead at the scene.
Greenstreet was wearing a seatbelt, and next of kin was notified by the Sandy Police Department, according to the WSP. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
Interstate 90 was partially blocked for several hours.
