Italian-themed fundraiser benefits YWCA domestic violence shelter

An Italian-themed fundraiser of wine, art and entertainment to benefit the YMCA domestic violence shelter is set to be held at the Barrister Winery from 5 to 10 p.m. Friday.

More than 50 northwest artists will have their work featured at a silent and live auction during the event, called “An Evening in Tuscany.” One of the featured artists is Fr. Bruno Segatta, an art professor who ran Gonzaga University’s program in Florence for more than 25 years.

The evening includes dinner, live music and made from scratch Gelato. The Barrister Winery is located at 1213 W. Railroad Ave. in downtown Spokane.

Tickets are $85 each. Registration information is available at www.ywcaspokane.org or call (509) 789-9307 for details.
