Gather and Savor teams up with Clover for foodie meet-up

Sarah Carleton of local Instagram feed Gather and Savor is teaming up with Clover to host a meet-up at the restaurant Wednesday night.

All Spokane gourmands are invited. Seating is limited to 40 people. RSVP via the event page on Facebook through Gather and Savor’s account.

The meet-up and meal start at 5:30 p.m. Chef Travis Dickinson is creating a special menu. Highlights include charred octopus, a citrus and fennel salad with salmon, fire-roasted tomato gazpacho, a bacon burger, melon salad, roasted beet salad, spring pea ravioli, chili-rubbed tri tip and grilled Kurobuta pork loin.
