Time for lie detectors

The Comey-Trump standoff is building as the American people standby waiting for the final outcome of who is telling the truth and who is not. Meanwhile, perhaps it might be appropriate at this time to bring in the American Polygraph Association to administer a polygraph or lie detector test. After all is said and done, how else might the American voters have a independent third party shine additional light on the current roiling political scene?

While such testing is viewed by some much like the “measures” of climate change, others defend such testing as valid and reliable. For example: “The American Polygraph Association (APA) believes that scientific evidence supports the validity of polygraph examinations that are conducted and interpreted in compliance with documented and validated procedure.”

Let each of the two main actors in this current drama of “Trump said/Comey said” have their stories put to the test.
