Man arrested for indecent exposure in YWCA parking lot

A man was arrested Tuesday afternoon after he exposed himself to several children and police officers in the YWCA parking lot at 930 N. Monroe St.

An employee who was supervising children outside using the playground noticed the man around 3:20 p.m. Other children were in the parking lot loading onto a bus at the time, according to court documents. Other witnesses reported the same behavior and also said they saw the man kick some cars, denting them.

The man, identified as 24-year-old Bradlee C. Graves, was still exposing himself when officers arrived. One officer said he saw Graves rubbing up against cars in the parking lot, according to court documents.

Graves was arrested and police found what is believed to be methamphetamine in his pocket. He was booked into the Spokane County Jail on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, malicious mischief and indecent exposure. His bond was set at $20,000 during a court appearance Wednesday.
