Not traveling lean

“No more wasted money.” “Lean and more accountable.” These are recent quotes from President Trump about this Republican administration. Why then has this administration spent almost $10 million to move the White House to Florida 11 out of 33 days in office?

While the Republican administration has not released exact figures of the cost, a comparison to a trip taken by President Obama in 2013 puts the current cost at approximately $10 million dollars.

So much for a “lean and more accountable” Republican administration.
