Eighteen businesses have been selected as finalists for this year’s AGORA Awards, which recognize business excellence throughout the Spokane region.
Nominees are solicited by Greater Spokane Incorporated, with the finalists selected based on growth, marketing strategy, employee environment, customer service, response to adversity, strategic planning, creativity and contribution to the regional economy.
The awards ceremony, sponsored by Bank of America, will be June 7, 3:30-6 p.m., at the Spokane Convention Center. Register at greaterspokane.org/events/2683.
Small business finalists: Edward Jones , Tinderbox Consulting, Little Fish Productions, and Brickyard Barbershop.
Medium business finalists: SouthCare Animal Medical Center, Spokane Gymnastics, Origin Forensics, and Valbridge Property Advisors.
Large business finalists: Spokane Convention Center, Vandervert Construction, No-Li Brewhouse, and Community Colleges of Spokane.
Small nonprofit finalists: AgForestry Leadership, Women & Children’s Free Restaurant, and Project Six19.
Large nonprofit finalists: Ronald McDonald House Charities-Spokane, Lilac Bloomsday Association, and CHAS.
