Tickets are on sale now for a new fundraising beer dinner to support the Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery.

The four-course dinner will feature beer from Big Barn Brewing in Green Bluff and dishes created by Dane Rice of Charlie’s Produce and Durkin’s chef Shaun Chambers. Guests also receive a commemorative pint glass.

The Cheers for Kids dinner is from 6 to 9 p.m. April 28 at the Washington Cracker Co. building, 304 W. Pacific Ave. Dress is casual; no black ties, please. No auction, either.

Guests must be 21 or older. Tickets are $75 per person. Premium tickets – which get guests a growler, voucher for a growler fill and entry into a drawing – are $100 each.

Tickets can be purchased online at vanessabehan.org.
