Idaho state baseball roundup: Coeur d’Alene beats Lewiston in 5A consolation final
Dan Gunnerson struck out seven over six innings and Coeur d’Alene (18-10) knocked off Lewiston (19-8) 5-2 in the State 5A consolation round final at Capital HS in Boise.
Trevor Luckey and Jayce Bailey had a pair of hits with two RBIs apiece for CdA.

Vallivue 7, Lakeland 3: Jake Daniel gave up two runs on six hits with seven strikeouts and the Falcons (17-13) beat the Hawks (13-10) in the State 4A consolation round final at Bishop Kelly HS in Boise.
Drew Zaken went 3 for 3 with two runs and an RBI for Lakeland.

Fruitland 19, Bonners Ferry 16: Zach Flannery went 2 for 3 with a home run in the sixth inning with four RBIs and Fruitland beat the Badgers (20-5) in the State 3A title game at Treasure Valley CC in Ontario, Oregon.
Fruitland took advantage of nine walks to score 12 runs in the fourth inning. Bonners Ferry led 11-0 after 2 1/2 innings and walked 15 in the game.
Teton 18, Timberlake 10: The Redskins (10-10) beat the Tigers (9-12) in the consolation round final at TVCC.
