New retail tenants move into former Post Falls outlet mall

From staff reports

A costume rental shop, tactical gear store and virtual golf store have moved into the Tedder Business Center, a former factory outlet mall in Post Falls near Interstate 90.

Three Ops Tactical Gear sells high-end tactical equipment used by law enforcement, military and outdoor enthusiasts. Owner Mark Malsen started the company in 2006 with online sales, but decided to open a storefront this year. The company will be expanding its offerings in firearms and ammunition in the near future, Malsen said in a news release.

Margie Warwick owns Costume Place Inc. The store offers costume rentals, dress-up party supplies and singing telegrams for year-round events.

Scarlett’s Golf Experience provides virtual golfing through a simulator, owner Alex Pasimio said. The company was previously located in the Spokane Valley Mall.

Tedder Industries purchased the former outlet mall in early 2016. The company is known for its Alien Gear Holsters brand. The company moved its operations into part of the former mall, and is leasing the remaining space for commercial tenants.
