Rebuilding Puerto Rico

Why isn’t Puerto Rico the pearl of the Caribbean? It is U.S. territory. Its citizens are U.S. citizens.

Shouldn’t it be a shining example for all the other islands of the region? Shouldn’t it be a desirable place to live, work, invest and vacation? We, the American people, must help Puerto Rico after last month’s hurricane.

If we develop a vision for Puerto Rico’s future, the costs can be an investment that will pay off for all Americans.
