North Idaho Dermatology developing site in Coeur d’Alene’s Riverstone

A $6 million, three-story medical building is rising near the Riverstone development in Coeur d’Alene, according to city permit data.

The new building at 2199 N. Merritt Creek Loop is being built by North Idaho Dermatology, which is currently located just south of the project at 2288 N. Merritt Creek.

Dr. Benjamin Ringger, one of the principals at the clinic, is listed as NID LLC’s agent, which is developing the project.

The project’s general contractor is Ginno Construction, of Coeur d’Alene. Spokane-based Bernardo|Wills Architects designed the project. Structural engineering was done by Frame and Smetana, of Coeur d’Alene.
