Second suspect in August 7-Eleven robbery arrested

From staff reports

Police have arrested the second suspect connected to the Aug. 29 robbery of a 7-Eleven in Millwood.

Norman Picard, 23, was charged with first-degree robbery Thursday for allegedly helping Daryl Chase knock a 7-Eleven clerk to the ground before Picard grabbed the cash register.

Chase, who was arrested the next day on charges of first-degree robbery, allegedly used a knife to intimidate the teller.

According to a police report, Picard admitted that he and his cousin, Chase, committed the robbery.
