Tighten gun control

As someone who has suffered from mental illness all my life, I am in favor of stricter gun control for the mentally ill. I know many mentally ill people who have never even thought about hurting someone else. But there are a few who do want to hurt other people.

Too much time and expense would be spent on trying to figure out who is dangerous and who is not.

The truth is: Why would anyone want an assault rifle for hunting? Why would anyone need explosives or hand grenades, or any of that? Unless you’re in the military.
