Consider library locations

There is a proposal to build a new large library in the Balfour Park property with a smaller one in the Sullivan Road area. The West Valley School District has in the neighborhood of 4,000 students. The Central Valley School District has somewhere around 13,000 students. The probable usage of the libraries should be taken into account when choosing their location.

With the Central Valley School District having the greater number of students, and thus probable greater usage of a library, the new larger one should be built somewhere in the Sullivan Road and Evergreen Road area. The smaller one should be built in the Balfour Park property and the city of Spokane Valley could sell frontage property of Balfour Park along Sprague Avenue to raise money if necessary to get in a central location for the larger library.

Please give consideration to the location to these libraries for their probable usage, which is why they were proposed to be built in the first place.
