Advantage Beggs

As observant, thinking voters, we will not agree with every decision made by our city leaders, no matter our political leanings. To discern the quality of candidates’ leadership habits, we must examine how they approach multi-layered problems.

Andy Dunau, when faced with conflicting opinions while he served on the Park Board, quit with no explanation.

Breean Beggs, when faced with conflicting opinions on the City Council, sought out other ideas and took additional time to study issues and effects. We can document their contrasting leadership styles when faced with complex disagreements: to disengage from the process or to engage more fully.
