Enjoy Dinner on the Bridge to benefit for the Women and Children’s Free Restaurant and Community Kitchen

Celebrate the local farm-to-fork movement with Dinner on the Bridge, a benefit for the Women and Children’s Free Restaurant and Community Kitchen.

Dinner is from 6 to 9 p.m. Sept. 22 on the Howard Street Bridge in Riverfront Park. It’s sponsored, in part, by the city of Spokane’s Parks and Recreation Department.

Proceeds will help the Women and Children’s Free Restaurant and Community Kitchen assist women and children living with food insecurity. The organization provides about 60,000 meals each year by serving dinner three times per week in its restaurant and delivering meals to 24 partner locations.

Dinner will be served with regional wines and microbrews and feature the bounty of regional farmers and creativity of local chefs. Tickets are $125 per person. Register by Sept. 17.

Tickets and more info are available at bridgedinner.org. Call (509) 324-1995, ext. 305.
