Japanese Spring Food Festival is April 22

The Spokane Buddhist Temple is hosting its 28th annual teriyaki fest from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.

On the menu: chicken or tofu teriyaki, sushi and mochi, or Japanese desserts, for $5 to $15. Pre-order on the web at www.SpokaneBuddhistTemple.org or by calling (509) 534-7954. Dine-in or take-out options are available.

The temple will also be open for tours during the event. The Spokane Buddhist Temple is at 927 S. Perry St.
