Local, national talent packs the Pin for Pop Punk Fest

Seattle’s the Home Team will headline the Pin’s Pop Punk Fest. (Revival Recordings)

Four hours, more than half a dozen bands, $10. Fans of pop-punk can’t do much better than the Pin’s Pop Punk Fest.

Seattle five-piece the Home Team, which celebrated its recent signing to Revival Recordings by releasing a new single, “Fashion Forward,” will headline.

Spokane’s Of Truth, which released the “Through the Storm” EP in 2016, Pin regulars Fell From the Ship and local trio Twenty Dollar Bill will also perform.

This isn’t just a showcase of Pacific Northwest talent though, as Avon, Massachusetts’ Bleacher Days, which released the “I Only Saw True Purpose” EP in December, will take the stage.

So too will Durham, North Carolina’s The Second After, another recent Revival Recordings signee which released the “Treadmill at the Finish Line” EP earlier this month.

The event listing mentions more bands will be announced, so expect this pop punk party to get even crazier.
