Baseball roundup: Dalton Dawson crushed a walk-off grand slam, Shadle Park beats Lewis and Clark

Greater Spokane League

Shadle Park 10, Lewis and Clark 7: Dalton Dawson launched a walk-off grand slam and the Highlanders beat the Tigers. Dawson had five total RBIs on the night.

Ferris 2, Mt. Spokane 1: Nick McGoldrick drove in the winning run in the top of the 8th and the Saxons beat the Wildcats. McGoldrick went 2 for 4 with an RBI while their starter, Tristan Lookabill, lasted 7 and 1/3 innings striking out 10. Ben McKinnis tossed five no-hit innings for Mt. Spokane.

Mead 9, University 7: Cameron Kinder tripled, scored twice and drove in two runs and the Panthers held off the Saxons.

Central Valley 15, North Central 6: Austin Tomlinson notched three hits, three runs and two RBIs and the Bears beat the Indians.

Nonleague

Odessa 10, Lind-Ritzville/Sprague 0: Tim DeWulf tossed four shutout innings with four strikeouts and the Tigers beat the Broncos.

Kettle Falls 21, Priest River 0 (GM1): Mike Crumpler drove in three runs on three hits and the Bulldogs defeated the Spartans

Kettle Falls 9, Priest River 0 (GM2): Lucas Matney struck out 16 and held Priest River to one hit across seven innings and the Bulldogs defeated the Spartans.
