Luckily for fans in the Inland Northwest, rapper Tech N9ne never lets too much time pass between his concerts at the Knitting Factory.

He most recently played Spokane in October, and this time he’s back with a new album, “Planet,” which was released in March.

A prolific writer, now with 20 albums under his belt, Tech N9ne is a record breaker too.

After “Planet” debuted at number seven on the Billboard Top Rap Albums chart, his 19th album to chart in the top ten, Tech N9ne surpassed artists like Gucci Mane and E-40 to become the rapper with the most top 10 albums on the chart since the ranking began in 2004.

Though “Planet” isn’t technically part of Tech N9ne’s Collabos series, it has enough guest features, including Machine Gun Kelly, Snow Tha Product, Navé Monjo, Jordan Omley, Mackenzie Nicole, Swisher Sleep, Y2 and Darrein Safron, to count.

Three of the artists opening for Tech N9ne on this tour (Krizz Kaliko, Joey Cool and King Iso) are also featured on “Planet” so expect to see a few live duets.
