Insurance brokerages come under Alliant Insurance
Sandpoint insurance brokerage firms North Idaho Insurance and Summit Insurance Resources Group have assumed the Alliant Insurance Services name and brand.
Alliant acquired Summit in May 2017 and North Idaho in April 2015, and management and staff from both firms have made the transition according to a news release.
Alliant Insurance Services offers commercial insurance, personal lines, employee benefits and risk management and is at 509 N. Fifth Ave. .
HMH Engineering announces new location
HMH Engineering has announced its relocation to 3882 N. Schreiber Way, Suite 104, in Coeur d’Alene.
HMH specializes in civil design, surveying, construction administration and materials testing. It also has offices in Sandpoint, Wallace, Boise and Twin Falls.
Bank, bookstore collect 642 books for kids
As part of the National Education Association’s Read Across America campaign, Mountain West Bank, in partnership with The Well-Read Moose bookstore in Coeur d’Alene, collected 642 books for local children.
The books will be donated to three local nonprofits, The Harding Center, North Star Child Development Center and the Post Falls Food Bank’s Weekend Nutrition Backpack Program, according to a news release.
