Soccer roundup: Pullman clinched Great Northern League title with win over East Valley

Great Northern League

Pullman 3, East Valley 0: Sam Tingstad, Asher Cousins and Sebastian Lewis scored and the Greyhounds (11-1-2, 9-0-0-1) clinched the GNL regular season title with a win over the visiting Knights (5-5-2, 3-4-1-0) on Thursday.

Northeast A League

Lakeside 2, Newport 0: Ethan Williams scored in the 42nd minute and the Eagles (12-1-1, 10-0-0-0) beat the visiting Grizzlies (5-6-0, 3-6-1-0).

Colville 3, Riverside 1: Eduardo Zarate scored in the 75th minute for the go-ahead goal and Jimmy Lepp added an insurance marker in the 79th minute and the visiting Indians (8-4-0, 7-2-0-0) topped the Rams (2-9-1, 2-6-0-1).

Medical Lake 7, Northwest Christian 0: Nick Rosendeck had two goals and an assist and the Cardinals (6-5-0, 6-4-0-0) shut out the visiting Crusaders (1-10-0, 1-7-0-0). Carter Pivonka also had two goals and an assist for Medical Lake.
