Nicholas Knapton P.S. has announced the promotion of Rachael Rizley and Seth DeNardi. Rizley has been named supervisor after her promotion from senior accountant. DeNardi has been promoted to staff A accountant from the position of staff B accountant.

Health

Zachary Guss has joined Cancer Care Northwest as a radiation oncologist. A graduate of Harvard University, the University of Oxford and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Guss is experienced in a number of modern radiation techniques for cancer and benign conditions.

Finance

Bret Wheeler has been recognized by Northwestern Mutual as a top financial adviser and will be inducted into the company’s elite membership, the 2018 Forum Group. The recognition is given yearly to the top 5 percent of Northwestern Mutual’s 6,000 financial advisers. This is Wheeler’s fifth induction into the Forum Group.

Tom Barlow has been hired as real estate loan officer at Idaho Independent Bank’s Coeur d’Alene office, where he will research and recommend real estate loan approvals and funding. Barlow is a University of Idaho graduate and a member of Kootenai County’s Young Professionals Network. Marty Behm has been named vice president and branch regional manager for the bank’s Coeur d’Alene office and Hayden-area branches. Behm has 37 years of banking experience.
