Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers will hold a town hall Thursday evening at the Spokane Convention Center.

Tickets for the event were made available last week on the website Eventbrite and had sold out as of Monday morning. The event is scheduled to begin at 6:15 p.m. and end at 7:15 p.m.

The congresswoman’s office said they would let people in to the event at the doors without a ticket if there’s room. But there’s no guarantee of entry.

McMorris Rodgers will hold her annual town hall after a primary against Democrat Lisa Brown that was her closest re-election contest to date. The congresswoman still finished nearly 4 percentage points ahead of Brown.

The Northwest Passages Community Forum has scheduled a town hall with the two candidates for September.

McMorris Rodgers routinely holds Spokane town halls during Congress’s August recess. Last year, a crowd at Gonzaga University questioned the congresswoman on reproductive health rights and her political relationship with President Donald Trump.
