Girls basketball: Rian Clear drops 23 points, Pullman beats Othello

Pullman 53, Othello 45: Rian Clear scored 23 points and the visiting Greyhounds (1-2) beat the Huskies (0-3).

East Valley 68, Lakeside (WA) 16: Holy Flynn scored 19 points and the visiting Knights (4-0) defeated the Eagles (0-3). Genesis Wilkinson scored 18 points for East Valley.

Medical Lake 72, Davenport 58: Emma Maxwell scored 16 points and the visiting Cardinals (3-0) defeated the Gorillas (1-1). Sydney Zeiler led Davenport with 13 points.

Freeman 77, St. George’s 47: Sydney McLean scored 23 points and the Scotties (1-2) defeated the visiting Dragons (1-2).

Northwest Christian 60, Colville 33: Natalie Smith scored 18 points and the visiting Crusaders (1-0) defeated the Indians (1-1). Jordan Rabe scored 14 points for Northwest Christian, while Hallie Cox led Colville with 14 points.

Kettle Falls 53, Valley Christian 38: Zarah Johnson scored 16 points and the Bulldogs (2-2) beat the visiting Panthers (2-1). Valley Christian’s Phoebe Trigsted led the game in scoring with 22 points.

Liberty 74, Chewelah 31: Maisie Burnham scored 31 points and the Lancers (2-1) defeated the visiting Cougars (1-2). Bailey Smith led Chewelah with nine points.

Colton 69, Colfax 58: Dakota Patchen scored 19 points and the visiting Wildcats (2-0) upended the Bulldogs (0-2).

St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse 55, Dayton 32: Roxy Dickerson notched 16 points with three steals and the visiting Eagles (1-0) downed the Bulldogs (0-1).

Oakesdale 61, Lind-Ritzville/Sprague 48: Logan Reed had 22 points and the visiting Nighthawks (1-0) defeated the Broncos (1-1). Linnea Shafer had 15 points for Lind-Ritzville/Sprague.

Springdale 51, Columbia 12: Naomi Turner scored 12 points and the visiting Chargers (1-3) defeated the Lions (0-3).

Idaho

Lakeland 45, Kellogg 42: Hailey Cheney scored 12 points and the Hawks (2-3) defeated the visiting Wildcats (4-2). Izzy Kirk and Katy Ryan scored 10 points apiece for Lakeland.

Timberlake 76, Coeur d’Alene 57: Taryn Soumas scored 28 points with four 3-pointers and the Tigers (6-0) beat the visiting Vikings (1-4). Kelly Horning scored 16 points to lead Coeur d’Alene.
