Tucker the blue heeler was surrendered to the Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service. Tucker is a “terrific guy that is shy at first. (He) would love to have a home with lots of love,” SCRAPS said in a news release.

Dog adoptions cost $120 and include spay or neuter, the first set of vaccinations (including rabies) health check, microchip and first year’s license.
