Girls basketball: Cheney defeats Pullman behind Hailee Huff’s 13 points

Hailee Huff scored 13 points and Cheney (2-1 GNL) defeated Pullman (0-3) 58-47.

Peyton Teevens had 13 for the Greyhounds.

Clarkston 59, West Valley 49: Ashlyn Wallace scored 16 points and the Bantams (2-1 GNL) beat the Eagles (1-3). Jillian Taylor led the Eagles with 13 points.

Almira/Coulee-Hartline 48, Wellpinit 45: Tiffany Boutain scored 23 points and the Warriors slipped past the Redskins in a Northeast 1B league game. Christina Flett led Wellpinit with 15 points.

Genesis Prep 52, Rogers 45: Rachel Schroeder scored 27 points and the Jaguars (3-6) beat the Pirates (1-10) in a nonleague game. Savanna Wickering led Rogers with 18.

Liberty 56, Asotin 16: Maisie Burnham scored 24 points and the Lancers (4-1 NE2B) raced past the Panthers (1-3) in a Northeast 2B league game. Myka Lee scored eight to lead Asotin.
