And the winners are …

The Spokane Culinary Arts Guild has named its inaugural award winners.

Recipients were announced Jan. 1 on the organization’s website. The physical awards will be delivered to businesses throughout the month. A team of about two dozen “tastemakers,” or reviewers, rated restaurants over the course of three visits.

Spokane winners are:

Fine dining – Inland Pacific Kitchen

Upscale casual – Clover

Fast-casual – Zona Blanca

Food truck – Mixed Plate

Bar/gastropub – Hogwash Whiskey Den

Breakfast/brunch – Chaps

People’s choice – Clover

North Idaho winners are:

Fine dining – Fleur de Sel

Upscale casual – Vine and Olive

Fast-casual – Meltz

Food truck – Left Coast Fusion

Bar/gastropub – Oval Office

Breakfast/brunch – The Garnet Cafe

People’s choice – Left Coast Fusion
