Boys basketball: Jonny Love scores 14, Lewis and Clark defeat Flathead in nonleague battle

Jonny Love scored 14 points and Lewis and Clark beat visiting Flathead (Montana) 65-45 on Saturday in a nonleague boys basketball game.

Xavier Guillory and Naje Smith added 14 points each for Lewis and Clark.

Northeast 2B

St. George’s 58, Lind-Ritzville/Sprague 46: Xander Werkman scored 14 points and the visiting Dragons (7-0 NE 2B) beat the Broncos (4-3). Bryce Kelly and Camden Smith had 12 points each for Lind-Ritzville/Sprague.

Colfax 63, Kettle Falls 42: Carson Cloaninger scored 22 points and Colfax (7-1 NE 2B) coasted by visiting Kettle Falls (2-5). Matt Thompson led Kettle Falls with 15 points.

Davenport 58, Reardan 54: A.J. Floyd scored 15 points and the visiting Gorillas (4-4 NE 2B) defeated the Indians (2-5). Tyler Sprecher had 15 for Reardan.

Asotin 83, Wilbur-Creston 63: Thomas Martin scored 15 points as the Panthers (3-4) roared past the visiting Wildcats (2-5). Layne Smith scored 19 for the Wildcats.

Odessa 78, Cusick 37: Ryan Moffet scored 26 points and the Tigers (5-0 NE 1B) defeated the visiting Panthers (5-1). Colton Hansen paced Cusick with 16 points.

Almira/Coulee-Hartline 68, Selkirk 20: Chase Gerard scored 20 points and the visiting Warriors (5-1 NE 1B) defeated the Rangers (4-3) in Ione. Zech Curran paced Selkirk with nine points.

Wellpinit 76, Curlew 8: Butch Flett scored 19 points and the visiting Redskins (5-2 NE 1B) beat the Cougars (1-8). Jayden Thomas led Curlew with five points.

Columbia 37, Republic 28: Corbin Nelson scored 12 points and the Lions (2-3 NE 1B) defeated the visiting Tigers (3-3) in Hunters. Joe Koepke scored 20 points for Republic.

Valley Christian 75, Northport 42: David Karapetr had 20 points and the Panthers (3-4 NE 1B) defeated the visiting Mustangs (2-7). Valley Christian forced 43 turnovers. Kade Middlesworth scored 15 points for Northport.
