 (Patrick Hagerty)

Wrestling: Greater Spokane League wrestling had three meets last night, with Mead and Mt. Spokane continuing their unblemished seasons.

Both teams are now 8-0 after easy victories over Rogers and North Central respectively.

Watch for Jan. 25 when the Panthers travel to the Wildcats for the Glow Down Show Down. Both teams have a chance to be undefeated heading into the final dual of the regular season.

Hint: Gonzaga Prep is most likely to win the GSL boys title and the Central Valley girls essentially have the league title in hand already.

Gymnastics: GSL gymnastics also saw a dominant performance with Sophia Van Wormer of Cheney taking all-around honors, but not before she placed first in three of the four individual events.

Cheney easily beat second place Lewis and Clark, winning 158.75 to 133.125.
