Grow up, America

It is so sad when our country cannot talk to each other when we disagree without yelling profanity or referring to folks as being racist or Nazis, especially when you choose a political party you’re content with.

These words are used so much for everything that soon the real meaning of the structure will be lost. The word racism at one time had meaning. Now it’s just a word used by some who want to create hate and bigotry.

The word “Nazi” is used for those who feel supporting the laws on the books goes back to the hateful days of Hitler.

Saying people are being placed in concentration camps for the first time in our history is not correct. These camps were established by F.D.R. to “protect” American and those put in the camps. Namely folks of Japanese heritage.

A simple solution to the influx of people is simply come on over, but do it legally. There will not be a need for housing those who choose to break our laws.

As far as the name calling, “you’re racist” or “you’re a Nazi,” try getting back to an old saying - “Sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me.” Grow up America. You’re destroying the foundation of our U.S.A. through hate.
