Adam Hegsted presents dim sum-style dinner of Pacific Northwest small plates

Dim sum is back. That is, Adam Hegsted’s Pacific Northwest version of it.

The Wandering Table, Hegsted’s modern American restaurant in Kendall Yards, is presenting another evening of Northwest small plates served dim sum-style on July 26.

Doors open at 6 p.m. Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $35 per person.

Dinner takes place at the Yards Bruncheon, which is located next door to Wandering Table. Both are owned by Hegsted.

The Yards Bruncheon is at 1248 W. Summit Parkway. Reserve a spot by calling (509) 443-4410.

Can’t make it in July? There’s a repeat of the dim sum-style Northwest tapas night Aug. 23 – same time, same place.
