Domino’s franchisee plans retail building on Sullivan Road

Pacific Pie Inc., a Spokane-based franchisee of Domino’s Pizza, is developing a multitenant retail building on Sullivan Road in Spokane Valley.

Plans call for a more-than-6,000-square-foot building with four suites at 604 S. Sullivan Road. One suite will be occupied by Domino’s Pizza, according to plans filed with the city.

The construction cost is more than $490,000. The project’s general contractor is Spokane-based Yost Gallagher Construction.
