Spokane River Clean-Up takes place on Saturday

CONSERVATION – The annual Spokane River Clean-Up is Saturday.

Participants will pick up litter on the shores of the Spokane River. The clean-up also kicks of the start of Riverwalk, a monthlong celebration of the Spokane River.

Participants will meet at People’s Park at 10 a.m. on Saturday. Gloves, bags, garbage pickers and disposal will be provided. Wear sturdy footwear and dress for the weather.
