TACOMA – Authorities say a pickup truck crashed through a brick wall and into a Washington elementary school.
Tacoma police spokeswoman Loretta Cool says no one was seriously injured when the vehicle crashed at 8 p.m. Wednesday into Sheridan Elementary School in Tacoma.
The driver of the truck was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
Tacoma Public Schools spokesman Dan Voelpel says the truck damaged the exterior and interior wall of the school’s music room.
The fire department had to knock down more of the wall so the truck could be towed out.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
