Remember Obama?

Remember how Barack Obama got into Democrats’ good graces by claiming for years that George W. Bush was not born in America? How he darkly warned that if McCain won in 2008, it would be because the election was rigged? How, hundreds of times, he called Fox News and conservative newspapers “the enemy of the people”? And how he encouraged physical attacks on protesters?

And how, later, he repeatedly warned that Republicans — not just some Republicans, or most Republicans, but “Republicans” — were “evil,” “treasonous,” “radical fascists” bent on destroying our way of life? How he defended leftist extremists, saying that some were “very fine people”?

Remember when the president of the United States broadcast to all and sundry, high-minded and low-minded alike, the suggestion that a global cabal of born-again Christians was funding attempts to harm the country?

And remember the unhinged left-wing Obama champion who, in October 2010, mailed pipe bombs to Mitch McConnell, Sean Hannity, and twelve others who had offended Obama? And the leftist zealot who, disgusted with Obama’s failure to act against dangerous evangelicals, shot up a church, killing 11?

And how Obama and his supporters indignantly disclaimed any responsibility for such events?

No? Me neither.
