WestCoast Entertainment announces finalists for local Waitress Pie Contest

And the finalists are …

WestCoast Entertainment has announced the finalists of its local Waitress Pie Contest.

All three bake shops will present pies for an official taste test Thursday in downtown Spokane. They are:

Cole’s Bakery and Cafe, 521 E. Holland Ave.

Rockwood Bakery, 315 E. 18th Ave.

Spencer’s Steakhouse at the DoubleTree Hotel, 322 N. Spokane Falls Court

The contest helps promote “Waitress,” which will be staged in December at the First Interstate Center for the Arts. “Waitress” tells the story of Jenna, a waitress who enters a baking contest and discovers it’s all about “what’s inside.”
