Human remains found at construction site in Coeur d’Alene

The Coeur d’Alene Police Department says human remains were found Tuesday night at Eighth Avenue and Mullan Street near McEuen Park.

KHQ News reported that the remains were found by construction workers who are readying to build a new apartment building.

The workers notified police, who with the assistance of the Kootenai County Coroner’s Office, confirmed the remains are human.
