Sonrisa celebrates new liquor license with free tacos

Sonrisa Modern Mexican is hosting a liquor license celebration Thursday through Sunday.

During the event, customers will receive two free tacos of their choice plus the chance to win a five-day trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

In order to enter, customers must tag Sonrisa in a photo on Facebook or Instagram during their visit.

Sonrisa means “smile” in Spanish. The modern Mexican-inspired restaurant opened in downtown Coeur d’Alene in April but just recently gained the ability to start serving margaritas. Sonrisa now features more than 30 tequilas as well as a full bar menu of other cocktails, beer and wine.

In addition to tacos, Sonrisa also offers contemporary takes on burritos, enchiladas and other Mexican fare.
