Tuition hikes under Brown’s watch

Thanks to Lisa Brown doubling allowing tuition on her watch, working a part-time job to pay your way through school is a thing of the past. It’s not fair to me or my fellow students that Lisa balanced the budget on our backs.

But now Brown doesn’t want to tell the truth about her votes to allow tuition to go up. It wasn’t the federal government that cut funding — it was the state legislature, which Brown led. In reality, Brown’s policies hurt the very people she says she is now trying to help: students and families. Frankly, she should be ashamed to be campaigning on student debt.
