Ribbon cutting ceremony set for Glenrose trailhead Nov. 2

The Dishman Hills Conservancy and Spokane County Parks Department will be officially reopening the Glenrose trailhead on Nov. 2.

The trailhead closed in July while the county worked on the parking lot.

The ceremony starts at 2 p.m.
